New Years Eve
Posted in Funny Stories on June 29th, 2010 – Be the first to commentWe were at his co-workers apartment on New Years two years ago. I’m exhausted, I want to go home, and it’s snowing like crazy outside. He starts this whole rant about how he’s always watched the ball drop, blah blah blah, so we stay. Anyway, he’s so nervous he drinks a little more than he planned. As the ball drops he gets ready, we count down, he kisses me and get down on one knee. Apparently, he had planned this whole speech, but he forgot what he was going to say.
I started freaking out, yelling “are you kidding me?” over and over and over, until he finally has to give me the ring to make me stop freaking out! It was very funny for all his coworkers that were watching! Then, we had to drive through 6 inches of snow- I got stuck at his parents house and ended up sleeping on their couch that night
